Who needs to be present?
Unless you've made other arrangements, if their name is on the Deed, they need to be present to sign.
Even though you may have provided it before, please have an enlarged Xerox copy of one Type A ID and one Type B ID, for all signers (front side only). Please have a copy at the signing appointment.

If this applies to you, please complete the e-sign, a day or so before our appointment.

Closing Disclosure which outlines the details of your loan. If you have questions, contact your loan officer, prior to the appointment.
As a Notary Signing agent, legally we are limited as to what we can explain. So work with your loan officer to get your questions answered, prior to our appointment.
